School counselors are integral to the educational process and student growth.
All students are entitled access to a comprehensive counseling program that addresses academic, career, and personal/social issues.
Effective school counseling is a collaborative process that involves interface and cooperation between school counselors, students, parents, teachers, administrators, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

District Resources

Community Resources

Families with students enrolled in Academy District 20 (ASD20) who are experiencing hardship have access to a variety of resources including our resource directory, counseling services and access to our food pantry and clothing closet.

Student Supports

Social, emotional and mental health supports are imperative to student success. We are committed to open conversations leading to student wellness. A variety of supports are also available for students in foster care, who are experiencing housing instability or homelessness, or in need of other services.
